by Late February 7, 2023, the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) gave employers ten more days to submit corrections to the agency’s list of companies whose EEO-1 data will be publicly released. In addition to extending the deadline for objections, the agency expanded on what information a company must include in the objection for it to be considered. The release of federal contractor workforce demographic information from EEO-1 filings for the years 2016 through 2020 is triggered by a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request.
