The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) has announced that it has tentatively scheduled to begin acceptance of the 2022 EEO-1 Component 1 Data reports in mid-July 2023. This is the process used by private-sector employers with 100 or more employees to make mandated reports of workforce demographics to the EEOC. Updates regarding the 2022 EEO-1 Component 1 Data Collection, including the opening date, will be posted to http://www.eeocdata.org/eeo1 as they become available.
